| Doug joined
Dana Investment Advisors in September 1994 and is
currently a Senior Vice President. He is responsible
for marketing and client servicing at Dana. Doug
has over 25 years of capital markets experience
working with institutions of all types. He was formerly
a Vice President at Merrill Lynch and Shearson Lehman
Brothers in the institutional sales area. Doug graduated
from Wheaton College with a BA in Economics in 1977.
