JEFFREY SHELTON, IT Technical Support

Jeff joined Dana Investment Advisors in July 2008 as an IT Technician. Jeff graduated from an IT Technical Institute with MCSA, MCP, and MCDST Microsoft Certifications in August of 2008. Jeff has also obtained A+ and Networking+ certifications from CompTIA, MCITP from Microsoft and an SCA from the Help Desk Institute. He is currently pursuing his MCSE from Microsoft. He is responsible for supporting end users and maintaining the computer systems and servers. Prior to joining Dana, Jeff worked as a Customer Service Coordinator for a large aggregate producer, and has been an Independent IT Consultant for the past 7 years. Jeff is an active member of the Help Desk Institute, Robert Half Technologies and The International Webmasters Association.
