MARK MIRSBERGER, CPA, Chief Executive Officer
Mark joined Dana Investment Advisors in December 1991 as a Vice President. He was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in December 1999 and Chief Executive Officer in December 2003. He is responsible for supervising all day-to-day operations of the Firm. He also assists with portfolio management and administrative servicing for numerous clients. Prior to joining Dana, Mark was an Audit Supervisor at Coopers & Lybrand where he specialized in the mutual fund and finance industries. Mark graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Accounting in 1985 and earned an MBA in Finance in 1986. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and is an active member of the AICPA, WICPA and FPA organization. Mark is also an active board member of Harris Bank and the Waukesha YMCA.
JOSEPH VERANTH, CFA, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager
Joe joined Dana Investment Advisors in December 1994 and is currently the Chief Investment Officer and a Portfolio Manager. He is involved in setting firm wide investment policy and allocation decisions for all Dana investment strategies. Joe graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Humanities in 1984. He earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 1991. Joe is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Milwaukee.
DUANE ROBERTS, CFA, Director of Equities and Portfolio Manager
Duane joined Dana Investment Advisors in June 1999 and is currently a Senior Vice President and Equity Portfolio Manager. Duane serves as one of the Firm’s lead quantitative strategists. From May 1998 until he joined Dana Investment Advisors, Duane was a Portfolio Manager with Discovery Management in Dallas, Texas. Duane graduated from Rice University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics in 1980. He earned an MS in Statistics from Stanford University in 1981 and an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University in 1999. Duane is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Dallas Association of Investment Analysts.
