Jody Katravas joined Dana Investment Advisors in May 2013 as a Trading Assistant. Jody graduated from the Waukesha County Technical College with an Associate’s degree in Finance. She works closely with the Portfolio Managers, Brokers, Custodians and Trading team to expedite allocations, trades and settlement for all fixed and equity accounts. Prior to joining Dana, Jody worked in the financial field for 10 years at Waukesha State Bank in various positions including their Investment Department.

Lori Piekarski joined Dana Investment Advisors in May 1994 and is currently Assistant Vice President. Lori graduated from University of WI – Eau Claire with a BBA in 1985, and earned an MBA from Cardinal Stritch in 1998. She is responsible for assisting the ongoing sales and marketing efforts, due diligence questionnaires and client reporting. Lori is also an IRS Enrolled Agent and actively volunteers for Make-A-Wish, Susan Komen, Stars & Stripes Honor Flight, and Community Memorial Hospital.

Elsa Manske joined Dana Investment Advisors in July 2015 and is currently an Administrative Assistant. Elsa graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a BA in 2001. She is responsible for management fee billing and preparing client presentations. Elsa enjoys playing the piano, flute, and volleyball, as well as paying for (but rarely using) a gym membership.

Jennifer Koester-Gasparek joined Dana Investment Advisors in November 2003. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with an AS in Business Administration in 2021. Jennifer is responsible for creating client presentations, updating marketing materials, client reporting, and client invoices.

Tina Selode joined Dana Investment Advisors in July of 2007 and is currently an administrative assistant. She is responsible for answering the phones, assisting with client reporting, and supporting the sales and marketing team. Tina adds over 15 years of administrative experience to our team. Tina lives in Waukesha with her husband Chad and daughter Emma. She very much enjoys being involved in her daughter and step-children’s sports activities throughout the year.

Curt Hoffman joined Dana Investment Advisors in September 2006 and is currently an Assistant Vice President. Curt graduated from The University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a BA in Psychology in 1995. He is responsible for Account Reconciliation.

Lori Salyers joined Dana Investment Advisors in February 2007 and is currently an Assistant Vice President. Lori graduated from Lakeshore Technical College with a Paralegal Associate degree in 1993. She graduated from Lakeland College with a BA in Business Administration in 2013. Lori is responsible for various components of the Firm’s compliance procedures and administers the Firm’s employee benefit plans. She also assists with Firm administration and client service in the wealth management group. Lori is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist and is an involved member of the Milwaukee Chapter ISCEBS. She also serves as the Treasurer for the Jaycees of Wisconsin Foundation.

David Hardeman joined Dana Investment Advisors in January of 2015 and is currently a reconciliation accountant. David graduated from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga with a Bachelors in Finance in 2003 and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration in 2001. He is responsible for client accounting and assisting in client services. David has almost 10 years in the banking and finance industry.

Sue joined Dana Investment Advisors in July 1991 and is currently an Assistant Vice President. She is responsible for opening client accounts  including coordinating all contract paperwork as well as custodian and client asset transfers. She also assists with marketing and client service. Sue graduated from the  University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 1986 with majors in both Finance and Marketing and began her career with Firstar Trust Company.

Sandy Dupies joined Dana Investment Advisors in March, 2001 and is currently an AVP Administration. Sandy graduated from Alverno College with a BA in Business Management in 1991. She is responsible for the preparation of RFPs and questionnaires, maintaining consultant databases and she is the liaison for proxy services. Sandy loves cooking and lives in Nashotah, WI with her husband Tom and two children.
