Jim joined Dana Investment Advisors in November 2024 and is currently a Vice President. He brings 30 plus years in the financial services industry, specifically for the investment teams and trading departments at Strong Funds, Wells Capital Management, and Allspring Global Investments. Jim graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BA in Finance and Marketing in 1991 and earned an MBA from Marquette University in 2000. Jim serves on the Golden Lake Association Board and enjoys golfing and fishing with his wife and three sons.

Mark joined Dana Investment Advisors in December 1991 as a Vice President. He was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in December 1999 and Chief Executive Officer in December 2003. He is responsible for supervising all day-to-day operations of the Firm. He also assists with portfolio management and administrative servicing for numerous clients. Prior to joining Dana, Mark was an Audit Supervisor at Coopers & Lybrand where he specialized in the mutual fund and finance industries. Mark graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BBA in Accounting in 1985 and earned an MBA in Finance in 1986. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and is an active member of the AICPA, WICPA and FPA organization. Mark has served on several bank boards, and is an active board member of the YMCA of Greater Waukesha County and active committee member at Catholic Memorial High School and St. Williams Parish.

Joe joined Dana Investment Advisors in 1994 as a Portfolio Manager and is currently the Chief Investment Officer. He is involved in setting firm wide investment policy and allocation decisions for all Dana investment strategies. Prior to Dana, he spent ten years at the Bank of New York as an Investment Liaison and Relationship Manager in the Master Trust and Investment Technology departments. He has appeared on Bloomberg television and radio, CNBC, and has been quoted in the New York Times and the Boston Globe. He has served as Treasurer of Holy Communion Church and as President of the Racine Symphony Orchestra. He is currently a Trustee and Treasurer of The Prairie School. Joe graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Humanities and earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Joe is a CFA® charter holder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Milwaukee.

Mike joined Dana Investment Advisors in May 1996 and is currently an Executive Vice President and the Chief Compliance Officer. Mike graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a BBA in General Business with an emphasis in Finance and Business Law in 1992. He earned a JD from the Valparaiso University School of Law in 1996. Mike is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Milwaukee. He is a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Financial Consultant, and holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation.

Duane Roberts joined Dana Investment Advisors in June 1999 and is currently Director of Equities and an equity Portfolio Manager. Duane graduated from Rice University with a BS in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics in 1980. He earned an MS in Statistics from Stanford University in 1981 and an MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University in 1999. Duane is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Dallas-Fort Worth.

Rob Leuty joined Dana Investment Advisors in October 2002 and is currently the Director of Fixed Income and Portfolio Manager. Rob graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a BBA in Accounting in 1988 and earned an MBA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas in 1994. Rob is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Milwaukee. He is also an associate member of the Government Finance Officers Association.

Greg joined Dana Investment Advisors in March 2006 and is currently a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager. He is responsible for equity portfolio management and securities analysis. Greg has over 14 years of experience managing equity portfolios, including positions with several investment management firms, most recently Associated Wealth Management. Greg graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a BBA in Finance and Economics in 1985. Greg is a CFA® charterholder and a member of CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Milwaukee.

Mike Honkamp joined Dana Investment Advisors in June 1999 and is currently a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager. Mike graduated from Santa Clara University with a BS in Economics in 1991 and earned an MBA from The American School of International Management (Thunderbird) in 1993. Mike has been in the investment industry since 1999 and managing equity portfolios since 2003. He is CFA® charterholder and member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Milwaukee. Mike and his wife opened a coffeehouse in Milwaukee in 1995. Mike enjoys exploring sunny locales in the Western Hemisphere and keeps his DVR busy with Arsenal matches when he isn’t trying to improve his long iron performance.

Brian joined Dana Investment Advisors in June 2008 and is currently a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager. Brian is responsible for municipal portfolio management and analysis. Prior to joining Dana, he worked for Stifel, Nicolaus & Company as a Vice President in their Fixed Income Group. Brian has nine years of credit analysis experience with a focus on municipal credits. Brian graduated from Marquette University with a BS in Finance in 1999.

Dave joined Dana Investment Advisors in August 2007 and is currently a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager. Dave graduated from Valparaiso University with a BSBA in International Business in 1997. Upon graduation he spent three years honing his financial statement analysis skills as a Senior Credit Analyst with Johnson Bank. He has been managing small and large cap equity portfolios since 2000. Dave is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Milwaukee. In his spare time, he stays active playing tennis, camping and traveling with his wife and three children.
