Nick joined Dana Investment Advisors in August of 2001 and is currently a Senior Vice President. Nick oversees a number of Dana’s operational processes, including  computation and maintenance of composite performance records for Dana’s fixed income and equity strategies. Prior to joining Dana, Nick held the position of Corporate  Controller at McIver Electric, Inc. and Parks-Pioneer Corp. From 1989 to 1996, Nick gained experience at Firstar Trust Company in various roles including Retirement Plan  Administrator and Trust Accounting Manager. Nick graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee with a BBA in Accounting in 1988 and earned an MBA in Finance  in 1993.

Sandy Dupies joined Dana Investment Advisors in March, 2001 and is currently an AVP Administration. Sandy graduated from Alverno College with a BA in Business Management in 1991. She is responsible for the preparation of RFPs and questionnaires, maintaining consultant databases and she is the liaison for proxy services. Sandy loves cooking and lives in Nashotah, WI with her husband Tom and two children.

Sue joined Dana Investment Advisors in May 1991 and is currently Assistant Vice President of Administration. She is responsible for opening client accounts  including coordinating all contract paperwork as well as custodian and client asset transfers. She also assists with marketing and client servicing. Sue graduated from the  University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in 1986 with majors in both Finance and Marketing and began her career with Firstar Trust Company.

David Hardeman joined Dana Investment Advisors in January of 2015 and is currently a reconciliation accountant. David graduated from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga with a Bachelors in Finance in 2003 and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration in 2001. He is responsible for client accounting and assisting in client services. David has almost 10 years in the banking and finance industry.

Lori joined Dana Investment Advisors in February 2007 and is currently a Vice President responsible for various components of the Firm’s compliance procedures. Lori graduated from Lakeshore Technical College with a Paralegal Associate degree in 1993, and earned the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation from the IFEBP and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1999. She graduated from Lakeland University with a BA in Business Administration in 2013. Lori earned the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional® (IACCP®) designation awarded by COMPLY Education in 2024.

Curt Hoffman joined Dana Investment Advisors in September 2006 and is currently a Vice President responsible for Account Reconciliation. Curt graduated from The University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a BA in Psychology in 1995.

Tina Selode joined Dana Investment Advisors in July of 2007 and is currently an administrative assistant. She is responsible for answering the phones, assisting with client reporting, and supporting the sales and marketing team. Tina adds over 25 years of administrative experience to our team. Tina lives in Waukesha with her husband Chad and daughter Emma. She very much enjoys being involved in her daughter’s sports activities throughout the year.

Jennifer Koester-Gasparek joined Dana Investment Advisors in November 2003. She graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with an AS in Business Administration in 2021. Jennifer is responsible for creating client presentations, updating marketing materials, client reporting, and client invoices.

Elsa Manske joined Dana Investment Advisors in July 2015 and is currently an Assistant Vice President. Elsa graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a BA in 2001. She is responsible for assisting with ongoing sales and marketing efforts, the preparation of RFPS and due diligence questionnaires, maintains consultant databases, and she is the liaison for proxy services. Elsa lives in Sussex, WI and enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.

Lori Piekarski joined Dana Investment Advisors in May 1994 and is currently Assistant Vice President. Lori graduated from University of WI – Eau Claire with a BBA in 1985, and earned an MBA from Cardinal Stritch in 1998. She is responsible for assisting the ongoing sales and marketing efforts, due diligence questionnaires and client reporting. Lori is also an IRS Enrolled Agent and actively volunteers for Make-A-Wish, Susan Komen, Stars & Stripes Honor Flight, and Community Memorial Hospital.
