Bill joined Dana Investment Advisors in March 2024 and is currently a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager for the Small Cap Value, Midcap Value and SMID Cap Value strategies. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a BS in 1981. In the investment industry for over 35 years, he has extensive experience in developing and managing small and midcap value equity portfolios. Bill comes to Dana from Smith, Graham & Co. Investment Advisors, L.P. where he was Head of Equity Investments and responsible for the Small Cap Value, Midcap Value and SMID Cap Value strategies. Prior to his tenure at Smith Graham, Bill was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Ark Asset Management Co., Inc. where he developed and managed the Small Cap Value and Midcap Value equity strategies. Before Ark, Bill was a senior analyst and portfolio manager for the IBM Retirement Funds.
